On June 5th, I traveled from Cairo to Istanbul Airport in Turkey and encountered several issues that significantly affected my travel plans.
Upon arrival, I followed the instructions to locate the pick-up staff in the designated car rental area, P4. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any representatives from Windy Car Rental. Consequently, I had to contact your company's customer service, only to face another challenge: the staff member I spoke with had a poor command of spoken English. After a lengthy and arduous conversation, we finally managed to understand each other, and he directed me to the 5s car rental company within the same store.
To my surprise, the staff at the 5s car rental company informed me that there was no Windy Car Rental branch available. This discrepancy left me confused and frustrated. Moreover, the situation with my rental car further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The staff member informed me that there was an issue with my credit card, preventing them from charging the deposit and ultimately refusing to rent a car to me.
Upon further investigation and verification, it became evident that the failure to process my credit card was not due to any fault on the bank's end. In fact, I successfully rented a car in Jordan the following day using the same bank card, without any issues. Additionally, I was able to make purchases without any difficulties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It is clear that the problem lies with the improper handling of the credit card by your staff, rather than any inherent issue with the card itself.
