There are a lot of vehicle types at the carpark, the officer would give you one which is convenience to them. If you found the car not suit your requirements, you can ask them to change one for you. I asked them not to give me a Jeep Wrangler, which was difficult to handle and not comfy at all.
It is clear and easy to use.
Prepaid fuel is a great option for not returning a car in full when you are in urgent. Traffic in Canada is unexpectedly busy, plan ahead and reserve more time for vital schedule such as rushing for a flight.
