It's expected that for a low cost car rental there will be no counter in the airport. But there is no sign at all of Alpha anywhere. I needed to ask information center to get an Alpha phone # and call them, very poor service! Their office is also under staff too. Further gas not full tank, only 3/4 full. I only noticed that after I drove the car to the highway. This was my fault and at the same I felt being cheated!

服务很好，但是驾驶员必须具备信用卡和驾驶翻译件，缺一不可，没有avis系统灵活～价格便宜，租车时间方面活动性高～总体不错！

这是一家小公司，由于我还车要在5：30，其他公司没报价，当时心里忐忑不安，没听说过的一个小公司。但是两件事情让我很感动：1、我和接我的司机走差路，但当我看到司机拿着我的名字大牌子，满脸大汗回到车旁，并且憨厚的笑着时，我被深深感动了； 2、 这是此行澳洲四家租车公司的第一家，等到了公司时，才发现忘记带驾驶证了，当时就懵了，心里难过极了，20几天的澳洲行怎么办？当他听说我有公证件时，马上OK。真是喜从天降！小公司更靠谱！
态度好，价格便宜。就是电话太忙不好打。
对于自驾游的朋友来说，驾照及公证件要和护照一样重视。
