First of all, we asked for two cars that can fit 12 people in each. They have met that expectation but only one of the cars could fold the seats up and had room for luggages. We complained to them and they said that they did what we asked for. Two cars that fits 12people. So do they not expect us to have luggage?
Overall, this has been a really bad experience me and my family expecially when we have kids with us. We are usually quite tolerant and patient but this has gone too far. We have waited a long time and the employee\'s attitude was quite rude and gave of the vibe that he did not care at all, that person\'s name is Manu.
