旧金山机场门店取车时，由于没有买工作人员推荐的保险，该工作人员有故意慢吞吞拖延时间和态度冷漠的嫌疑。拿到的车是一辆开了有3万迈的尼桑，这在我租过的车里面算是非常老旧的了，开了两天后感觉发动机有轻微的异响，安全起见，我直接开到洛杉矶机场去换了一辆福特。这第二辆车新多了，才开了2900迈，而且这边工作人员态度就好多了。
每次出国自驾游，都会提前在租租车上租车，非常方便。
美西没有收费站，一路上加油站都很多，加州油价最高。

总体不错，排队时间不长，但是处理了很久，因为我要求做了车型的升级。不过被忽悠加了很多附加的服务，比如还车免加油、收费公路通行卡、道路救援等等，后来只选了自己需要的。服务态度还是不错的。

Heard a lot about the attitude of the customer representatives and then I got it. I waited in the line of Dollar then was called to Thrifty's counter, that's fine maybe Dollar and Thrifty are with the same company, the lady at the front desk asked me about my order and my name, I gave her my confirmation number and my name, and she told me that she cannot find the order. After that, she realized she made mistakes about my last name and first name (completely opposite). That's still OK I guess. Then she asked me whether I need the insurance, I said no I got it all covered with the third party provider I used to place the car rental order. She looked not that happy and said there is no insurance plan in your order, but do as you like, and she sighed.
it just looked like she cannot understand why Chinese wanna save money so much that we don't care about our and others' safety when driving. Then she printed the order confirmation and I saw LIS was definitely included. I inquired the third party agent about my order and insurance and the agent wanted to talk to that lady, she refused it for many times but finally, they talked a little.
满意，租租车非常方便，让人信赖，以后会继续使用
