取车的客服不给看条款，而且在不给看合同之前就要刷卡，我询问为什么他说这是他们的规定，非常不人性化。另外，由于路上出了意外，想去换一个新车，打电话给他们的客服询问说可以换，但是到了地方他们直接把车收了

Very nice and clean car type. Explain all the instructions in detail and did communicate smoothly with the stuff without any hard selling for the extra services.
All services are good, except the last and wrong car returning location. However, they deserve a compliment and worthy to use it again.
