但是门店内部很小,只有一个柜台,一个人负责办理手续,一个人开车带着去取车,办理时间和排队等待时间较长,实际取车地址在火车站旁边的停车场(过去600米)三层,实际停车场非常大,好几层,公司的专用停车区域在三层,取车需要先由公司的人去一层拿停车券,注意停车券拿到后15分钟必须出停车场,否则插入票也无法抬杆,还需要重新去一层重做停车卡。租车公司现场车辆升级费没有给我确认和说明,后来发来电子账单才看见,然后服务人员态度不算好,尤其是负责带去取车的眼镜哥,看我们听不太懂语速还特快,不耐烦,而且取车的时候没有给满箱油5/8,最后我还车的时候给的多了7/8,也没给我退钱,也不说明这点。
