The service was super unprofessional. The car we got was not allowed to drive in a certain areas in Manila but they didn’t let us know in advance and we were stopped by the police in the middle of the road for more than a hour and were asked by the rental car store manager to return to the rental place and change to a different car last minute. We didn’t get to fuel the car yet before changing to the new car, the manager said it was fine and was a courtesy to us given all the troubles. But when we finally returned the car the same manager pretended to forget what she said and asked us to pay the fuel for the first car even more than what it was supposed to be…if she didn’t said it was a courtesy we could go to the nearest gas station which was 400meter away and fuel the car….the manager was lying to our face and tricked us into paying her more and was being very rude saying we didn’t have the conscience

对Hertz的评价：
服务一般般。没有亮点但也还顺利。到店的时候店员趴在柜台上睡觉(下午5点半)，看来真的是没顾客。现场没车，订好的车需要从pasay的门店开过来，等了半个多小时，车来的时候油已经少一格了但是他们还是要算满油取还，我也无所谓。只是柜员悄悄的用自己的手机对我的信用卡拍照时，被我发现并制止了 - 她说是公司规定，我说拍照可以，但上面的CVV码我需要用手指遮住。验车完毕后对方几个员工还要求搭顺风车去地铁站，但是我们的箱子太多拒绝了。给了点小费。
对租租车的评价：
使用租租车已经10多年了，非常好。除了价格越来越高以外，其他没毛病。以前基本上每次都是用租租车，现在可能约30%的时候使用国外的租车平台。主要是同样的车，租租车的价格没有优势，而且保险是租租车平台提供非常鸡肋 - 19年那次在土耳其半路坏车就因为手续麻烦就自己承担了
自驾心得：
马尼拉到马荣火山往返1400公里，以菲律宾的交通路况没人敢这样开。小破车虽然跑不快，但在菲律宾的highway上可以算是无敌超车王，适合见缝插针，无比轻便灵活。还开上了马荣火山和大雅台(塔尔火山)的高地，跟别人的四驱suv比爬坡居然还没输。

马尼拉 - 奎松省Banahaw山 - 马荣火山 - 奎松省Banahaw山 - 八打雁海边 - 大雅台/塔尔火山 - 马尼拉
