總體感覺效率太慢了,從下飛機就打電話,半個小時都沒人來接,還是自己出租車去mode門市,在紐西蘭租了三次車,他家時間效率是最慢的,租租車一定要多看看評價。
整體租車體驗很不錯,有個中國廣州的小夥子很nice。還車的時候不小心把小包落在車上了,送機場的小夥子非常誠實,歸還了我們的包包。點贊
我預定提車時間為下午五點半,租車公司五點鐘下班,多收我50紐幣。但是實際上他們仍然不等我到達,我們人生地不熟的,花了40紐幣打車到他們公司門市,沒有人影!而是通知將車放在一個飯店前臺,讓我去取。附近沒有公交,沒有出租車,根本無法到達。幸虧遇到其他租車公司的以為中國員工,看我們可憐,將我送到那個飯店,才算取到車。
圖片分享前期服務較好,但後期存在一些問題:一是重複扣費,本人用車過程中已交停車費,且保留了消費記錄證明並告知租車公司,但租車公司仍重複扣除停車費和手續費;二是超期非法扣費,客服之前答覆相關費用會在還車一週內從押金中扣除,本人還車5天后押金退回賬戶後,在未通知本人情況下在還車15天后又直接從信用卡扣費;三是對客戶所反映問題不理會、不解決,在本人將上述重複、超期、非法扣費問題按公司要求,以電郵形式反饋後,但遲遲等不到意見反應和解決措施,只是一味讓客戶等通知,根本不把客戶需求放在心上。
The service was good in the early stage, but there were some problems in the later period:
firstly, repeated deductions. I had paid the parking fee during the use of the car, and kept the consumption record proof and informed the car rental company, but the car rental company still repeatedly deducted parking fees and handling fees;
secondly , illegal overdue deductions. Customer service previously replied that the relevant fees would be deducted from the deposit within a week of returning the car. After 5 days since I returned the car ,the deposit was returned to my account,but after 15days, without noticing me,the fee was directly deducted from my credit card ;
thirdly, ignore and not solve the problems reported by customers. After I reported the above problems of duplication, overdue fees, and illegal deductions, in the form of emails according to the company\\\'s requirements, untiI now I still have not received any feedback and solutions, and just asking me to wait for notifications , absolutly not taking customer\\\'s needs to heart at all.
都非常好。
整體的服務還不錯,取車也比較方便,接送也非常方便。服務態度好,排隊的時間也不長,車子的年限呢比較長,12萬公里了,而且車子的衛生比較差,環境也比較差,取車的時候呢,擋風玻璃和側玻璃的都比較髒。不過這些呢都不影響開車。

整體服務比較滿意,特別是租車期間有個事故,提交了保險過後把錢全部給我賠付了。

圖片分享取車的時候,車的側門不順,暫無法修理,只好勉強用。
車門的訊號燈接觸不良,導致儀錶板顯示車門沒關好。
倒車有鏡頭和雷達,非常方便。
租車公司服務一般,工作人員取車還車都需要打電話等人來,還需要自己在租車公司網上填寫所有資料。還車時工作人員工作日下午15點就開溜了。
